Job Title: Healthy Precinct Development Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a key member to join our team in developing healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore. In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to activate on-ground initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive plans to develop healthy precincts, prioritizing preventive health and social-health integration.
  • Partner Engagement: Identify and engage with internal and external partners to foster successful collaborations.
  • Community Health Planning: Develop and implement community health plans, focusing on prevention and social-health integration.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and review progress on implementation of community health plans across different focus areas.
  • Administrative Support: Provide secretariat work for meetings and manage administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills, with expertise in stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Critical Thinking and Communication: Ability to think critically and strategically, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Teamwork: Resourcefulness in problem-solving and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Adaptability and Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare System: Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare system and/or population health models is advantageous.
