We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Healthy Precincts Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and operationalizing the Health Precincts concept to achieve health-social integration with internal and community stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and a minimum of 2 years of working experience. Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills are essential for this role. Additionally, the candidate should be adept in stakeholder engagement, have strong written and verbal communication abilities, and be resourceful in problem-solving and resilience in overcoming challenges.

About the Role:

  • Support in developing and operationalising plans to empower the community to take care of their health.
  • Develop and implement a community health plan for the precincts under your care, with emphasis on preventive health and social-health integration.
  • Track and review progress on the implementation of the community health plan for different focus areas.
  • Engage and build partnerships with internal and community stakeholders, e.g., grassroots organisations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers to keep patients and residents healthy and integrated across care settings.
  • Perform secretariat work for meetings.
  • Any other duties, projects, or assignments as directed by the Reporting Officer and/or HOD.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
  • Able to think critically.
  • Strong planning, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Adept in stakeholder engagement to foster buy-in and collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving and resilience in overcoming challenges.
