Job Overview

The Precinct Planning and Development Specialist will play a key role in driving initiatives to enhance community care and improve population health in the Western Region.

This position involves working closely with internal stakeholders, community partners, and external organizations to develop and implement strategies that promote preventive health and well-being.

  • Develop Healthy Precinct projects for the Western Region, including translating strategies into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with respective leads, community partners, and stakeholders to implement the Healthy Precinct framework elements.
  • Provide data insights and analysis to support the implementation of Community Health Plans.
  • Support pilot projects to enhance the health ecosystem in the precinct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic projects that align with the organization's goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the health ecosystem in the precinct.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and numbers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills
