Precinct Planning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive precinct planning efforts and develop strategies to enhance community care and improve population health in the Western Region.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate strategies into implementation plans and support the implementation of Healthy Precinct framework elements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of Healthy Precinct projects for the Western Region;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to implement Healthy Precinct framework elements;
- Providing data insights and analysis to support Community Health Plans;
- Undertaking pilot projects with internal and community stakeholders to enhance the health ecosystem in the precinct;
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, at least one year of relevant working experience, and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
