**Summary**:
You will lead multi-functional teams for large, complex programs focused on our B2B Transformation. You will facilitate the planning and execution of programs to support key synergy initiatives, charting the course for our future. You'll serve as the core facilitator of activities that execute objectives with a business development and implementation attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the B2B Transformation Program to ensure strong governance, execution, and delivery of the strategy together with its short
- and long-term goals and objectives.
- Drives cross-functional collaboration to plan, resource, execute and track the impact of the Transformation Program.
- Together with the Enterprise leadership team, evaluates the business performance, strengths and weaknesses, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
- Analyzes the impact of strategic options, develops with the Enterprise leadership team strategic functional business plans, and establishes business cases for recommended strategic initiatives.
- Continually builds our market and customer intelligence, evaluates the impact of industry trends and market forces, and works with Leadership Peers to evaluate when to pivot existing strategies. Serves as a conduit to connect regional/local market knowledge with the broader corporate market intelligence and planning cycles.
- Support the Enterprise Leadership team to develop strategic plans that drive both organic and inorganic top and bottom-line growth.
- Partners closely with the Enterprise Sales & Marketing functions to ensure strong business development strategies and capabilities to assess new markets, evaluate business development opportunities, and enables new customer acquisition.
- Ensures alignment of evolving customer needs with the technology and services portfolio and brand strategies to ensure our solutions and services best serve the current and future needs of our customers.
- Partners with the M1 Digital Office to support the review and transformation of Enterprise tools and systems to promote a data driven and outcome focused organization.
- In collaboration with the Enterprise Leadership team and People & Organization Business Partners, establish and drive a People & Culture transformation stream that is reflective of the values, brand and strategy established by the Enterprise Leadership team.
- Partners closely with the Finance function to ensure impact and results of strategic efforts are tracked, transparent, and drive continuous improvement.
- Supports the leadership team in the development of strategies for identifying and responding to business development opportunities, which may include internal expansion into new markets or external expansion via partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
- Supports the leadership team in maintaining a game board of merger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture opportunities. Ensures the game board aligns with corporate investment portfolio and objectives.
- Leads and supports the process from cultivation through execution.
- Partners with other regional functional and commercial leaders to evaluate regional capabilities and continuous improvement opportunities across all P&L levers. Builds key improvement opportunities into the annual business plans and technology & services portfolio.
- Ensures the technology and services portfolio is aligned with corporate strategy, functional expectations, brand strategies, and top regional/market-based opportunities. Facilitates regular portfolio management reviews and provides dashboards to progress.
- Communicates, develops, and supports continuous learning and educational opportunities for the Leadership and management teams relative to strategy development, market intelligence, data & analytics, and business planning processes
- Serves as a member of the Enterprise Leadership Team
