**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for tasks related to IT operations, governance and risk management.
- Participate in troubleshooting of incidents and restoring of normal operations
- Recommend improvements and preventative measures
- Work with multiple vendors to achieve desired operations and project outcome
- Conduct compliance assurance checks to enforce IT Governance & to gather artefacts as evidence for audit purposes

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years' related working experience
- Experienced in operations support, incident and problem management
- Knowledge on Cloud platforms, Salesforce platform, Aria, D365 and Amazon Connect will be advantageous
- Experience in project management
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and vendors
- Possess excellent writing and analytical skills
