Relationship: Report to Head of Technical and Operation

**_ How you spend your time:_**:

- Responsible for alignment of production schedule between in house sales team and logistic team to meet delivery schedule in customer orders fulfilment
- Working out a maintenance plan and conduct regular check on machinery including lorry and forklift.
- Devises improvement plan for both machinery and process to increase efficiency in production and logistic.
- Handling dispute resolution with logistic and shipping companies.
- Updating of asset management record and involve in ISO audit.
- Achieving Quality Management System (QMS) targets set by management generate QMS report monthly for management update.
- Managing of external contractors working in DSO with proper RA and SWP.
- To be in charge of overall facility maintenance in DSO and also the coordinator to interface with the landlord on facility related matters such as fire alarm testing and evacuation plan.
- Lead logistic team in warehousing and facility matters.
- Capacity planning of logistic team in production and delivery.

**What will make you successful**:

- Minimum 10 years of working experience in logistic preferred.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office features
- Verbal and written communication skill in English, verbal communication in multiple languages / dialect will be an added advantages
