Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
The Head of MarTech transformation plays a Product Owner role leading the development of marketing tools and market enablement technology for the consumer business in M1.

They explore, assess, and lead the development of these enablers required to enhance our marketing thrust and propose as well as take ownership of projects to develop suitable tools in partnership with chosen development teams.

They are therefore responsible for enabling better reach, conversion, offer management and lifecycle enablement for the growth, enhancement, retention and expansion of the consumer base.

To this end, they will also manage development through agile sprints and work in collaboration with the Retention, Acquisition, Revenue and Segments, Marcoms, other Marketing Product Owners, whose needs they will represent.

In addition, they will also collaborate outside the department with Digital Office, Software Engineering, UI/UX Product Owners, Customer Service and external development PO’s to bring the vision to fruition.

**KPIs**
- Incremental revenue achievement through better access to customers;
- Higher CLTV across segments and customer cohorts;
- Higher reach and conversion;
- Lower Cost to Serve and CPA; and
- New revenue enabled - % contribution of new revenue to total revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- To continuously evaluate the marketing processes for opportunity to enhance through better tech;
- To manage the current initiatives and ongoing development for enhancing the marketing;
- To compile requirements for the consumer marketing team to map a MarTech roadmap for the future;
- To enable training of marketing teams on new tools, ensuring self-serve;
- Work with our external development partners to deliver the development roadmap as per schedule; and
- Create an aligned roadmap with the Marketing and Digital Office teams to deliver the marketing requirement.

**Experience and Skills Required**
- At least 8 years’ experience in marketing, product management or ops management;
- Must have some exposure to marketing technology systems especially in customer management;
- Formal or informal experience in project management will be preferred;
- Exposure to Salesforce/Marketing Cloud will be an asset;
- Detail oriented and analytical, must have familiarity with revenue metrics and ability to report and interact with management;
- Must be able to communicate well across support and matrix teams; and
- Collaborative nature and willing to work across teams to achieve goals.
