He should be able to extract result from office staff and take care of Profit and Loss in Business unit of Singapore.

**Responsibilities**

- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize New Recruitments in Singapore by Coordinating with HR (U.A.E and India)
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Organize and Assist in the onboarding process for new hires through HR.
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Basic understanding of Logistics and Billing (if required, Proper Training will be provided)
- Payment Collection and Payment deposit with Bank (if required, Proper Training will be provided)
- Manage Inventory of Trading goods (if required, Proper Training will be provided)
- Reconciliation of Stock (if required, Proper Training will be provided)
- Reconciliation of Bank Statement (if required, Proper Training will be provided)
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliances (if required, Proper Training will be provided)
- Book-keeping and Ledger Scrutiny (if required, Proper Training will be provided)

**Assistant General Manager Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent.
- Good orator
- Minimum Two years of experience in office administration
- Sales and Office management experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and open to learn new things.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
