Assistant HR Manager

We are looking to employ an Asst HR Manager with outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to support our Company's growth plan. Supporting the HR Manager and working closely with the top management, your focus and specialty is on the areas of people, performance management, C&B and L&D.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Manage recruitment and selection and the on and off boarding process.
- Provide a sustainable people strategy to reduce employee turnover.
- Manage and implement the annual performance management process, discuss performance with supervisors to align on career development plan and ensure sufficiency in talent pipeline.
- Own annual C&B strategy by regularly conducting market benchmarks referencing relevant industries and to put up reports to management for periodic salary reviews.
- Own recruitment-training-development strategy and facilitate training needs analysis for each department.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Have a minimum 5 years of experience in Retail, F&B or service-oriented industries.
- Have experience working as a Business Partner to support and advice HODs in matters relating to HR issues.
- Have a strong interpersonal and communications skills.
