**Summary**:
As the Key Account Manager for the Reefer team, you will be the entry point of accounts assigned based at the Asia Regional Office (ARO) with active approaches in planning accounts strategies which will clearly defined by CMA CGM Trade and group.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**ARO Key Account Manager - Reefer Management ( 90%)**:
To build and retain good relations with accounts assigned
Have regular visits, meetings, event or exhibition attendance globally if required, ensuring deliver CS excellence, review process improvement plan, broadcast group services and values.
Work closely with ARO Trade team, GBS Team, Legal & Insurance Team, CMA regional offices, HO and CMA CGM agents to have adequate daily problem shooting approaches if any from assigned KAM REEFER.
Support team leaders, trade team and head of ARO Reefer Dept in executing and improving commercial & operational processes on assigned KAMs-RF, so as to drive L&I and utilization.
Have the understanding of non-assigned KAM-REEFERs’ portfolio inclusive of commodity, potential, scale and day to day tasks.
Have the understanding of CMA global trade services and systems
To monitor and review assigned KAMs’ Global performances including existing shares, potential and projects through regular reporting
Spot Trade Manager (STM) Backup (10%)
Create/update price lines in internal pricing system following to Trade teams’ pricing actions.
Adjust allocations when needed as per Trade teams’ instruction (i.e., increase allocation, close vessels, add new voyages etc.)
Troubleshoot and respond to pricing system issues as and when reported by sales and customers.
Communicate with other Trade’s STM as needed to resolve Pricing system route issues.
**Minimum Requirements**:
Diploma/Bachelors Degree Holder, preferably in Marketing, Business or Logistics
Proven track record with 4 years of experience in shipping industry, preferably in sales, account management or commercial business development
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network and build relationships across clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders
Ability to work independently and make well-judged decisions
Possess strong analytical skills, pays attention to detail
