Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Company is currently looking Senior Key Account Manager to handle the key retailers in Singapore
1. Background in key account management with people leadership within the FMCG/ modern-trade
2. To provide Account Management to the assigned key accounts, good in developing new accounts and maintaining good relationship with current key accounts
3. Monitor sales progress to achieve monthly KPIs in terms of Sales, Display and Speed to Market. Perform gap analysis and propose recovery plan.
4. Negotiate the best achievable commercial agreements for product sales to achieve budget/sales targets and in line with business, marketing, and pricing policies
5. Provide coaching for less experienced sales representatives to develop their commercial and selling skills. Provide joint visits if required
6. Leverage sales analysis, evaluate promotional activities' effectiveness, and gather market intelligence to generate valuable insights and redefine strategies accordingly
7. Update sales forecasts as required and provide an annual budget for key accounts
8. Responsible to provide monthly Trade Expenditure accruals.
9. Responsible to verify and match incoming claims and settle disputes with customer should it arise.
10. Responsible for demand planning and forecasting by customers. Provide monthly sales forecast
11. To take on any additional task as and when required. To succeed in this Key Account Manager role, you will need to demonstrate great experience and a proven track record in handle Singapore Modern Trade (NTUC & Watsons Exp preferred).
