We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to expand our market presence and build strong customer relationships. Join our dynamic and growing team in the alcohol industry
Job Summary:
As a Key Account Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling our diverse portfolio of alcoholic beverages to retailers, distributors, restaurants, bars, and other key accounts in your assigned territory. You will focus on meeting sales targets, expanding our customer base, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to grow market share.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting our products effectively.
- Account Management :
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Provide exceptional service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Product Promotion :
- Conduct tastings, promotional events, and brand activations to boost product visibility.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and educate clients on product benefits.
- Market Insights :
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to align product and marketing strategies.
- Reporting & Administration :
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports on time.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Compliance :
- Adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol sales.
Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience : 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in the alcohol, beverage, or FMCG sector.
- Skills :
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
