CHENG LIE Navigation Company (CNC Line) is a leader in intra-Asia trade. Subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, CNC Line offers personalized services and has specific expertise in the transport of containers with temperature control (refrigerated containers or Reefers).

Summary

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you play a key role to support your assigned group of freight-forwarding clients by providing them with accurate and timely response. When required, you will also help in solving escalated operational issue and provide necessary general administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to liaise and build effective relationships with your clients and various internal stakeholders.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Prepare tender documents and follow up on the progress of offer in a timely manner

Provide prompt updates to customers’ requests including, but not limited to quotation, pricing, space management, local issue escalation

Collaborate and work closely with the pricing team and other related departments to deliver customers’ requirements

Collaborate with the Agency Network teams to provide best customer solutions and business development opportunities

Filing of rates and Customer Space Allocation (CSA) into internal system

Conduct Quarterly Business Review with customers

Conduct regular sales call (face to face or phone call) to understand customers need, market development and promote new products from CNC

Conduct data analysis work to generate data and reports for internal and external stakeholders when required

**Minimum Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline

0 - 3 years relevant experience in accounts servicing / client facing

Basic knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry is preferred

Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint

**This role is opened for Singaporeans only
