Challenges:

- Responsible for providing admin support for the Housekeeping, F&B and Facilities departments in the hotel
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters and ensures smooth workflow
- Co-ordinates meetings and ensure proper follow-up.
- Create and maintain proper filing and other office systems
- Preparation of reports/schedules as required by management

**What it Takes**:

- Enjoys interacting with people
- Fully understands hotel operations
- Must be detail-focused has strong interpersonal skills
