**Maintenance Officer (Full Time)**
- 5-day work week, including rotating weekends and public holidays (off days for public holidays will be provided in lieu)
- Rotating shift: 9am - 6pm / 2 - 11pm (1 hour break)

**Job Description**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintenance and rectification of electrical, mechanical and engineering works, including plumbing, painting, waterproofing and all other auxiliary services of the hotel building and perimeter
- Perform routine, corrective and preventive maintenance and regular tests on building equipment and facilities
- Receive maintenance concerns from other departments and ensure comprehensive follow-up and reporting
- To operate as an independent mechanic by analysing problems, identifying courses of action, and implementing solutions with available resources
- Ensure work area is clean and neat at all times and maintenance works are minimised from hotel guest view
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- To attend to any other tasks and duties as instructed by the hotel's managers

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1 year experience in any building/ facilities maintenance capacity
- Positive work attitude
- Ability to prioritise and organise work assignments
- Ability to work under pressure and and exercise good judgement
- Ability to focus on details, speed and accuracy
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
- Willing to work in Singapore
