As the Customer Service Manager at Hollandse Club, you will be responsible to ensure exceptional member experiences and satisfaction. This role will oversee all customer service operations and work closely with the Membership team to enhance the overall member experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Member Relations**:Build strong relationships with members, actively seeking feedback, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

**Service Excellence**:Set high service standards and monitor performance metrics to maintain and improve service quality.

**Complaint Resolution**:Handle escalated member complaints and complex issues, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

**Membership Growth**:Collaborate with the marketing and membership teams to enhance member retention and attract new members through exceptional service.

**Process Improvement**:Continuously assess and optimize customer service processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

**Member Events**:Work with the Membership team to organize member events and activities, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

**Budget Management**:Assist in developing and managing the customer service department budget.

**Interdepartmental Collaboration**:Collaborate with other departments, including F&B, sports, and facilities, to enhance overall member experience and club offerings.

**Club Policies and Procedures**:Ensure that all customer service staff adhere to club policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably hospitality, leisure, or club environment.

**Communication**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.

**Problem-Solving**:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address member concerns and improve service delivery.

**Member Focus**:A passion for delivering exceptional member experiences and a member-centric approach to decision-making.

**Flexibility**:Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the club's operational schedule.

**Cultural Sensitivity**:Understanding and appreciation for the diverse cultural backgrounds of the club's membership base.

**Organizational Skills**:Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

**Tech Savvy**:Proficient in using customer service management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

**Positive Attitude**:A positive and approachable demeanor that fosters a welcoming and friendly environment for all members and staff.
