
Customer Service/operation Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support and quality customer service to clients.
(Liaise with different party for shipment delivery schedules)
- Manage telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
- Take note of customers' requests and follow-up actions to fulfil customer's request
- Work and coordinate with customers for shipment delivery schedule
- Handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Maintain and update customer’s records.
- To upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately.
(E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents, boat vouchers and transaction records are well-maintained. etc).
- Maintain a good relationship and rapport with vessel crew, officers and representative.
- To perform other job-related functions as and when necessary as directed by Superior.
**Job Requirements
- Minimum O level/Diploma or any other equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
- Passion for customer service and a good team player.
- Training will be provided.
