We are currently seeking a Sales Executive who is eager to meet and talk to different individuals of various backgrounds to influence them to take up the self-development programs that we are offering.
On daily basis, this person will be communicating with post-webinar attendees to find out whether they are the right fit for our program offers. You'll be a team player working with like-minded individuals who strive for excellence and meet sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Asisst in the onboarding and off-boarding process for program sign ups (various platforms)
- Coordinate, participate and execute company's core sales events (e.g. virtual workshops, live fulfilment events, etc.)
- Achieve sales target of S$40,000 per month (cumulative per calendar year quarter of S$120,000 target)
- Conduct follow up sales via phone call or zoom for core sales events and renewal consultations for existing students/mentees.
- Conduct renewal consultations of existing students
- Update of sales reports and retention rates for paid programs
- Plan post program / gathering activities for existing students to build relationship leading to increase in referral leads
**Job Requirements**:
- Experienced in using Keap/Infusionsoft software is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Excellent presentation and communications skills and ability to lead business and sales conversations
- 2 years of sales experience in events or programs
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment to deliver successful results
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
