- Your job as an HR Business Partner in a nutshell:_
- Recruitment for talent needs (White collar and Blue collar) across levels and functions in Sarens Singapore and related projects in and outside Singapore.
- Implement HR processes and policies, within the framework of the approved strategy, so that employees are permanently managed towards the set strategic goals and operational targets. Follows-up on the implementation and organizes corrective measures if needed.
- Implements and follows-up within full scope of HR processes and instruments: Recruitment & Selection; Onboarding; Employer Branding; Learning & (Leadership) Development; Talent & Performance Management; Succession Planning and the Evaluation Cycle so as to guarantee the required competences at all times.
- Implements competence management policy and processes throughout his/her scope. Creates awareness within his/her business on the Job Description and Competence Profile approach and implements them as a basic foundations for all talent initiatives.
- Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the annual HR budget within his/her scope in cooperation with the leading business manager
- Sets KPI’s as guidelines in his/her scope in order to maintain a balance between attributing responsibilities on the one hand, and controlling the results on the other hand.
- Produces regular and accurate reports in accordance with Group standards in order to keep the Regional HR Business Partner, Regional Director and Country Managers informed on the success of the business, using this information to manage and improve business results.
- Understands Sarens’ relevant markets, our end-clients and their expectations towards HR, and what this means for this functionality and how those can be addressed to help fulfill the objectives of his/her scope. E.g. through personnel costs, competence of personnel, etc. and position these capabilities as a unique selling-point/competitive advantage.
- Responsible for efficient, timely and accurate Payroll and ensuring timely employee benefits as per company policies. Also, CPF submissions, tax clearance, government claims submissions and annual income tax submission.
- Organizes the communication foreseen by local law in such a way that the entity not only fulfils its legal obligations, but creates a good social climate as well, enabling the business to reach its targets in a positive climate/environment and manager local office administration related activities.
- Responsible for building, coaching and developing a competent team.
- Lead, guide and facilitate the business managers in the local deployment of the plan/ people and in achieving the set targets, pro-actively intervening when necessary.
- Managing employees’ contracts, terminations and off-boarding and final settlements.
- Support the employees/ contractors by assiting with the visa/work permits for smooth in-country/ out-country business/ work related travel. Own the complete process for travel of people coming to Singapore for work or going out from Singapore on projects (short/ long term).

It's in your **nature to interact successfully with employees and management**. You have strong **listening skills**, thereby you can **identify **the needs of the employees and **anticipate **at it by going into a **dialogue** and provide them with **Sarens solutions**, and this with the necessary **persuasiveness**, **functional knowledge** and **credibility**.
- The profile requirements:_
- **Graduate / Master **in Human Resource Management.
- **3 to 5 Years of experience **in the field of HR with experience in managing entire HR function.
- Fluent in **English** (oral and written).
