**Job Description**:
You will be an important member of the Regional Employer Branding team. With proven prowess in brand building, skillfulness in authentic storytelling, and a strategic mindset, you will develop, build, strengthen our employer brand reputation in this region. You will be part of the team responsible for EVP strategy, governance, articulation, and activations. You will design creative and powerful employer branding initiatives, programs, and communications to build our employer brand equity and support the company’s fast-paced growth.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Employer Branding, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in our matrix organization, including and not limited to Senior Management, CPOs, and teams in Talent Acquisition, Government Affairs, ESG, Communications, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Talent Development to further fortify our employer brand and promote Lazada as an Employer of Choice. With a data-driven, insight-led strategy, you will be part of a team implementing employer brand initiatives from ideation and sell-in to completion and measurement to ensure a wide funnel that builds awareness, consideration, interest, and advocacy to attract talents.
- Conceptualize, plan, develop, execute, and measure employer branding campaigns and communications across key communication channels to both internal employees and external publics on both online and offline channels; owned, earned, and paid media platforms.
- Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization and effectiveness of employer brand initiatives and communications.
- Work with regional and country teams, regional and local agencies and partners to activate EVP and support teams to customize communications for local audience.
- Build employer brand house, positioning, playbook, and visual identity system to elevate Lazada as an Employer of Choice.
- Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-create, articulate, and produce deliverables that consistently resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure alignment with overall corporate brand guidelines.
- Champion Lazada’s employer brand and act as an enabler to Lazadians to become advocates.
**Job Requirements**
**Requirements**:
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in branding, full-funnel marketing, communications, employer branding or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent command of English, and preferably one other Southeast Asian language.
- Strong in messaging frameworks, with experience in articulating and activating EVP and other key messages to ensure employer brand communications and initiatives are on-point and on-target.
- Proven experience in running regional branding campaigns and marketing communications end-to-end on offline and online marketing channels.
- Able to independently lead and drive multiple projects effectively and efficiently, including managing various stakeholders across group and country levels.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work across different teams, personalities, and cultures, with the ability to focus when necessary to get things consistently done.
- Great attention to details with the ability to think on the feet, problem-solve, adapt, and be responsive to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Display professionalism and a sense of responsibility as well as autonomy and ownership.
