**What makes an Employer Brand cut through the noise in today’s busy world? Which kind of messaging and creatives do the world’s top employers need in order to attract top talent? Do you think you can already answer these two questions or are keen to find out? Great**

**No day is the same (exciting), but here are some of the fundamentals of the role. You will:
- Wow Universum APAC’s clients with data-driven insights
- Drive Advisory projects from start to finish with your strong project management skills
- Advise global clients headquartered within the APAC region on their employer branding efforts
- Handle small, medium-sized, and large-scale projects with multiple client stakeholders
- Analyse talent data and insights, and bring them to life creatively
- Create employer value propositions, conduct brand assessments, and formulate communication plans
- Create exciting employer brands based on strong global corporate brands
- Manage existing and new client relationships as a true Universum ambassador
- Support the Sales organisation in pitching processes and project scoping

**Who would be the ideal fit for this role? We are looking for someone who**:

- Is proactive, creative, entrepreneurial, and never stops learning
- Values kindness, transparency, and open communication
- Has obtained a degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, Journalism, or similar
- Has gained experience in creating content in-house or in an agency-setting
- Knows about the social media landscape and can advise on channels and messaging
- Has project management experience and can handle client budgets efficiently
- Is a fluent English speaker with Mandarin knowledge being a big plus
