The Impact You Will Make**:
Our Employer Brand Senior Consultant will be working with growth businesses across APJ advising on their employer brand activation working alongside their businesses’ TA team coached and supported by our two Managing Partner specialists in TA and Recruitment Marketing.
You will use our employment brand architecture to support clients in developing a persona-based strategy rooted in storytelling. You will be a go-to resource and brand champion for several key clients in helping to drive awareness and utilization of their brand as integral to their TA success.
And, definitely the most fun, you’ll be a key ambassador of our young firm, serving as a connector between clients and their teams, departments, and dedicated people.
**How Will You Do It?**:
You’ll provide professional-level support and service in the activation of employer brands across APJ, including the implementation of the regional media buys, the management of client relationships, and the creation and development of recruitment marketing, branding, and advertising programs. Specifically, your role will be to
❖ Build and activate client’s employer brands and EVP narratives
❖ Deliver innovative approaches to help improve brand awareness and engagement
❖ Lead talent brand ambassador initiatives with clients across the region
❖ Use analytics and data to evolve client strategies and campaigns
**How Will You Get There?**:
❖ Understand the complexities and nuances of multiple markets and client needs within APJ
❖ Collaborate with our Managing Partners as they support clients to develop strategies that support our priorities and vision
❖ Never settle - champion innovative thinking to bring new tools, solutions, and ideas to support brand development
❖ Help Clients develop and own their APJ content maps, their career sites, social media channels, intranet, and other communication channels in support of brand awareness, attraction, and engagement
**Requirements**:
❖ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a directly related field
❖ Two or more years of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing experience leading projects supporting brand content strategy and recruitment marketing initiatives
❖ Demonstrated organizational and creative problem-solving skills with a reputation for translating ideas into workable solutions
**Required Qualifications**:
❖ Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies
❖ Willing to seek feedback
❖ Excellent English skills, including speaking/writing, editing, and proofreading
❖ Ability to lead the development of content that engages audiences for multiple media channels
❖ Ability to work independently while balancing multiple projects
❖ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
❖ Be collaborative, flexible, and agile
❖ Knowledge of TA technology and general business intelligence tools: ATS, CRM, Power BI
❖ Microsoft Office Computer Applications
**Preferred Qualifications**:
❖ Experience with employer brand architecture and implementation of a content-based strategy through storytelling
❖ Writing
❖ Experience with persona marketing
❖ Canva or other graphic design tools
❖ Light video editing
