We’re looking for a Head of Employer Branding for our client who is in the consumer technology industry.

In this role you will be reporting to the APAC Talent Acquisition Director and managing a team in Singapore.

The roles cover Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing as well as executing campus recruitment program across APAC. You will work with TA teams to build and roll out strategies to grow employer brand across the region.

Would this be your next role?
- Understand and articulate our client’s EVP, use this to inform our Branding strategy and to help all of our recruiters, managers and employees.
- Build and implement Employer Branding strategy for both Singapore and APAC across all business lines
- Build campus strategy & manage our Campus Programs and strategy across APAC. - Drive other recruitment and talent partnerships and programmes, in particular in support of

continuing to build the Singapore Core, with People Team colleagues - Proactively plan and lead Recruitment Marketing strategy, campaigns and channels. - Work closely with TA, Communications & Marketing teams to build Branding/Marketing

materials and leverage appropriate platforms. - Measure results of employer branding, recruitment marketing and programs activities

- 5+ years work-related experience in Employer Branding/Marketing related roles, with hands on Employer Branding Strategy building experience
- Strong knowledge & experience leveraging appropriate Singapore & APAC platforms, events, organisations and activities for Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding
