We are looking for an Employer Branding intern, with a passion and flair in storytelling.

You will be tasked with narrating interesting happenings and the Rakuten story. (Create and roll-out engaging content and programmes to attract, engage and hire top talents)

Responsibilities
- Plan and create content to showcase Employer Branding for both internal and external events.
- Research, repurpose and copywrite articles, social media posts, for the purposes of Employer Branding
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders for feature articles
- Design collaterals for employee recruitment and branding events
- Perform event photography to capture speakers, guests, employees, and moments for branding purposes

Requirements
- Able to commit for 3 to 6 months
- Internship period: From Jan 2025
- From a reputable tertiary institution (preferably students who major in Art, Design, Media, and Communications)
- Basic to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
- A good portfolio of past projects in design and copywriting
