This role sits within Talent Acquisition team and reports directly to the Employer Branding Program Manager, where you will be involved in branding initiatives and programs, telling the Seagate Story of our values and people to accentuate and bring our employer brand to the next level About the role - you will:
Participate in and support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to position Seagate as an employer of choice
Working closely with the Employer Branding Program Manager and global recruitment teams to support and deliver various employer branding projects to strengthen our talent acquisition capabilities and support overall needs across recruiting operations
Collaborate and partner closely with internal partners and cross-functional teams such as Internal Communications and Global Marketing to source and share dynamic content across Seagate’s social/digital channels
Support the management of jobs and career content on all recruiting related company profiles and pages - including our career site, social media profiles and employer marketing sites
Participate in projects and programs as required and support continuous improvement efforts within Talent Acquisition function
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Given the role comes with a global lens, some morning or evening meetings are required and expected About you:
Passionate about Storytelling - bringing a location, line of business and people’s experience to life
Understanding the nuances between various social and digital platforms including Facebook, Glassdoor, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and beyond
Having a curious mind to explore the possibilities and to think out of the box
Confident with the ability to navigate and manage multiple stakeholders
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities
Team player, collaborative approach, resourceful and able to work independently Your experience includes:
Providing support and be willing to collaborate with colleagues and work on a productive team
Creating content and crafting messages for differing audience
Have knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud), photo and video editing and creation is a plus, most importantly be willing to learn
