POSITION: SHIPPING / LOGISTICS

+ Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers

+ prepare shipping documents, liaise with related parties **and obtaining permits(imports/exports) -Have knowledge of shipping documents.**

+ Liaise with logistics forwarders imports or exports.

+ Update Daily WIP, monthly inventory reporting and other summary reports as needed by the management.

+ Do physical stocks checking periodically and work closely with other colleagues / Auditors(yearly event) as ensuring stocks accuracy.

+ Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Managers/Supervisor.

Personality Requirements:

- Good Team work spirits & able to do co-ordination tasks for logistics.
- Mature & serious mindset to resolve problems and issues on hand with colleagues *Pleasant personality, not calculative to complete important tasks on hand (not a clock watcher).
- self dependent for open matters, Able to work on multi-tasking skills.
- Pleasant, easy going personality who don’t mind to run extra time to complete jobs on hand, placing jobs tasks above personal matters being committed to deliver quality jobs.
- Have proficient computer skills
- regular attendance & punctuality are both important Pre-requisites.
- Other Assignments as allocated by supervisor accordingly.
- Working : Mon to Fri(8.00 to 6pm), Sat-8.00 to 12.30 pmNote: 5 ½ work week, (Saturday no need to work due to excess time being worked from Mon to Fri to make up the Saturdays.)
