**Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate and advice customer service on shipping methods**:
- **Assemble, gather and document for shipping and conform to Trade Regulatory**:
- Maintain and manage filing on all outgoing orders
- Respond to customer inquiries on shipping issues
- **Assist Shipping Executive in Initiate and implement best practices in shipping processes**:
- **Liaise with freight forwarders on Shipment Bookings**:
- **Assist in liaising with customers service and freight forwarders on delivery and schedules**:
- **Coordinate and liaise with CSR, overseas principal, overseas agents for export shipment**:
- Checking and verification of shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- **Preparation of booking confirmation, bills of lading, manifests etc**:
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office Excel
- **No experience required. Training provided**
