**Main Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process all shipping documentation including delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders, and couriers to schedule and monitor shipments.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation for all outbound goods.
- Verify items to be shipped against shipping orders and ensure accuracy.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Handle returned shipments, customer complaints, and delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain and update shipping records in inventory / ERP systems.
- Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Ensure all shipments comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent; relevant certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures (local and export).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems.
