**About Us**

We are a fast-paced, internationally operating exhibition booth design agency. To support our expanding operations, we’re looking for a **Project Executive** who thrives in a high-performance, detail-driven environment.

**Role Overview**

As Project Executive, you'll own the internal flow of all our exhibition projects from first enquiry to final delivery. You’ll be the nerve centre between client, designer, vendor, and exhibition organizer—keeping timelines, proposals, submissions, and communication aligned.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all incoming enquiries and schedule follow-ups, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Prepare client proposals, quotations, and pitch documents
- Maintain control over project timelines and deliverables within our sales/projectsoftware
- Handle client mailings and maintain a clean, up-to-date database
- Coordinate all operational items for booth delivery
- Compile design submissions and manage documentation with accuracy
- Participate in on-site setups and teardowns, ensuring smooth operations duringevents
- Oversee vendors, including qualifying and onboarding new suppliers

- **Excellent memory and clarity** - you retain the full picture of project details,even across multiple timelines
- **Able to work independently** - you don’t need to be micromanaged to deliverexcellence
- **Passion for the industry** - you truly love events, and embrace the fact that this field sometimes calls for extra commitment when it matters most

**Qualifications**
- Polytechnic diploma or higher
- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced setting with administrative and/or projectmanagement responsibilities
- Background in events & exhibitions is a must, ideally with a booth builder ordesign agency

**Renumeration & Career Progression**
- SGD2,800-4,000 depending on current experience
- Additional performance-based bonus

This role requires a high level of ownership and self-management. You’ll be based in a modern co-working environment and will be the key operations lead on the ground, coordinating closely with our international team via video calls and digital tools. While you'll have ongoing guidance and structured communication with leadership, day-to
- day tasks require someone who is confident working solo and knows how to find solutions without constant supervision. If you enjoy taking the lead, structuring your own workflow, and being the reliable go-to person across multiple project touchpoints—this is your stage. In essence you must be the type who can juggle 50 things and still keep a smile, and enjoy making the chaos behind the scenes look effortless— if that's you this role is for you.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
