Since 2010, Design for Change Singapore (DFCSG) has been dedicated to empowering children and youth to unleash their "I CAN" spirit to shape a better world using design thinking. As part of the global Design for Change movement, which spans over 70+ countries, we are committed to creating a better future, one idea at a time.

As a **Program Executive** at Design for Change Singapore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the **smooth execution of school programs and special projects**, managing trainer coordination, and liaising with schools and partners. You’ll also contribute to proposals and submissions, making a direct impact on education and social innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Execution & Coordination**:

- Oversee the delivery of school programs and special projects
- Liaise with schools, social sector, and partners
- Ensure timely resource allocation for trainers and program activities
- Lead or support lead trainers in facilitation when required
- Manage proposal submission, project execution and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- **Trainer & Partner Management**:

- Maintain trainer records, scheduling, and payments
- Act as the key contact for the Design for Change Global network
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- **Marketing Activities, Administration & Reporting**:

- Assist Program Manager in marketing activities and business development
- Generate reports, manage databases, and conduct data analysis
- Handle trainer payroll and account management
- Support planning and execution of annual events and special projects

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Graphic design skills and experience in UI/UX would be an advantage
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and familiarity with project management tools
- A **team player** with a keen eye for detail
- Interest in **education, training, and facilitation** is a plus
- **3+ years** of experience in administration, project / education management, or event coordination

**Role Details**:

- **Commitment**: Minimum **30 hours per week**:

- **Salary**: $2,100 - $2800 per month (based on experience and on pro rata basis)
- **Start Date**: Immediate or latest by early April
- **Growth Opportunity**: Potential to advance into a full-fledged **Program Manager** role
