JOB SUMMARY
- You will be the lead HR business partner to a key business unit. You will support the business unit in recruitment & selection, training & development, retention and employee relations. You will also assist the HR Department Head in assigned operational duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Division and Department heads of assigned business unit to provide HR support.
- Hands-on recruitment for the business unit assigned.
- Develop recruitment strategies and channels and manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with business unit to develop and implement staff training & development plans.
- Partner with line managers in handling employee grievance, discipline and performance issues.
- Support HR department initiatives and projects in rewards, competency and career development framework.
- Work with HR team in the continuous improvement of department operations.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Responsible for staff insurance claims administration and assist in insurance policies renewal.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A recognised Degree in any discipline. HR-related qualification will be an advantage.
- At least 3 years of HR experience.
- Well-versed with local employment legislation and industry HR practices.
- Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.
- An innovative team player, self-motivated, pro-active, independent and meticulous.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
