**Program Manager - Empower Children with the I CAN Mindset, by Design**
Founded in 2010, **Design for Change Singapore** has been a pioneer in bringing human-centered design to children and youth, empowering them to be empathetic and creative problem-solvers and impacting their world.
**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Program Manager** who shares our passion for education and can design, manage, and execute innovative learning experiences in schools and communities. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on project management, problem-solving skills, and delivering results through detailed planning; with creativity and collaboration.
**Your Responsibilities**
- **Program Management**: Manage all aspects of coordination and execution of school programs to ensure operational excellence and fulfil learning outcomes.
- **Program Development and Proposal Writing**:Assist the management in proposal writing and program development
- **Facilitation**: Lead workshops and school programs using design thinking and experiential learning approaches.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure program success and trust in the DFC brand
- **Trainer Management**: Oversee management of a diverse trainer pool, from recruitment, training and program delivery.
- Assist the management team in marketing activities and other administrative task related to the role to achieve financial and impact-driven targets.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Education & Experience**:
- Degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, educational project management, or training.
**Educational Background**: Degree/Diploma in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
**Experience**:
- At least 3 years of experience in either education, facilitation, projects management is essential. Experience in education management or working with school will be preferred.
- Experience in using design thinking, and other frameworks in development and execution will be an added advantage.
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multifaceted projects and stakeholders
- Creative, proactive, a problem-solver and team player
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving desired outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to the role
**Basic Salary range** is provided and salary will be based on relevant experience and qualifications
**Languages**: Proficiency in English; Mandarin or Bahasa is a bonus.
