**Job Scope**
S/He will be responsible for handling the trainer management process, coordination with schools and community partners, and general administrative functions to ensure efficient and successful delivery of our programmes. You may have some work experience in relevant field and want to grow in the education sector.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage trainer allocation, maintaining records and generating regular reports
- Coordinating school and special programs to ensure efficient execution of program
- Designing some training and marketing materials
- Database management and other marketing services functions
- Administrative and logistics support

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and some experience with project management tools will be an added advantage
- Some experience in education management, project management, events and related roles will be preferred
- Experience in managing training or educational programs and / or facilitating workshops will be an advantage.
- Visual design skills and experience will be highly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration / project management / event management roles.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Some flexibility in working hours (minimum 25 hours a week)
- Basic Salary range ($1200 - $1500 per month) based on time commitment, experience and ability to learn and grow in the role.
- Minimum commitment of 1 year. This role has the potential to be on full time basis from next year.

This is a role based in Singapore and you must have necessary work permit to be eligible to work here.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week

**Experience**:

- project or event management: 1 year (preferred)
- education or training sector: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- MOE Registration (preferred)
