**The Program**

Our Management Trainee Program is where your growth and success take center stage. As a Management Trainee, you ́ll embark on an exciting journey through various aspects of our business, gaining invaluable expertise in areas such as:

- Business Strategy & Management

- Business Development (APAC)
- Account Management & CRM
- Administration
- Statistics
- Finance

Upon establishing a solid foundation, within the first 12 months, you will receive a guaranteed promotion to manager level propelling you into your leadership phase, where you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team. You will be actively managing the day-to-day operations of your agency from day one. This early involvement allows you to take ownership and drive both your career and our business forward.

With a C-level mentor at your side you will master effective communication and conflict resolution strategies, empowering you to interact and influence customers, suppliers, and your team with finesse. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships as you learn cutting-edge sales techniques and problem-solving strategies.

The trainee program is designed to provide a direct career path elevating you from Executive to General Manager within 2 to 5 years, depending on your background, expertise and outstanding performance.

**Requirements**:

- You should be highly motivated, show initiative, and be eager to take on responsibilities. You take full ownership of this role. Everything else, we'll teach you
- Experience in either sales, marketing, events, exhibitions, commercial interiors, recruitment or a related field will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are crucial. Additional languages are a plus.
- Confident presentation skills to conduct client meetings.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality with impeccable business etiquette.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally to manage overseas projects (10%).
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate event timings and different time zones when required.
