**Role Description**
PUNKTLANDUNG is seeking a highly organized project management professional with an exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to our international clientele.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of brand experience services spanning design and build projects for exhibition booths, showrooms, and commercial interiors, as well as corporate events and brand activation campaigns. As a full-service agency we serve our clients with a wide spectrum of related services, including event photography, corporate video production and marketing collateral design and print. Additionally, you will be managing and supervising event teams, models and emcees on the ground, ensuring the flawless implementation of our projects.
**Project Hero - **Oversee projects from inception to flawless execution, ensuring every detail is perfectly in place.
**Master Coordinator** - Serve as the central liaison, collaborating with designers, event & exhibition organizers, venues, and external vendors.
**Quality Controller** - Ensure that all fabrication aligns with our unwavering commitment to quality and adheres meticulously to approved design drawings.
**Customer Service Champion** - Forge unbreakable client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and exceeding their expectations at every turn.
**Talent Supervisor** - Curate and nurture an expansive talent pool of models, emcees, and performers. Provide comprehensive briefing and supervise their activities at large-scale events to ensure they deliver exceptional performances in their role.
**Vendor Manager** - Oversee external contractors and proactively source new vendors when required to uphold our status as a full-service agency.
**Administrative Ace** - Handle essential administrative tasks to maintain seamless operations, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Support Specialist** - Act as the linchpin in our operations, providing flexible support across various tasks to ensure a seamless delivery of our projects and contribute to the ongoing success of our company.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma or other tertiary degree in any field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in event management or design & build projects including on-site delivery.
- Established relationships with relevant contractors.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and ideally SharePoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Exceptional business etiquette.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and remain highly organized throughout.
- Willingness to travel internationally to manage overseas projects (about 20%).
- Ability to work varying hours to accommodate event timings and different time zones.
- Proficiency in additional languages or software are a plus.
- Event conceptualization & brand activation experience are a plus.
