**About the role**

Mycom Plus Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Central, Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.

**What you'll be doing**
- Proactively research and identify potential new clients and market opportunities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth avenues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall business development plan

**What we're looking for**
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development
- Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the Corporate Service Firm industry
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Ability to think strategically and identify new market opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
