**Job Overview**

Space Faculty is the organizer for a range of space programmes including the International Space Challenge.
Space Faculty is also the national organizer for World Robot Olympiad. We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, sales-driven organized and outgoing business development manager to drive sponsorship sales and develop sales strategies to ensure the success of our outreach programmes.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- Identify diversification business opportunities and expand customer bases.
- To establish rapport, relationships & excellent communications with customers and providing excellent customers satisfaction while updating & influencing Snr Mgmt within the company.
- To provide leadership and organization skills in coordinating activities of various interest groups to deliver customer satisfaction and timeline deliveries - from Snr. Mgmt to Design teams to Operations and Site Support teams.
- To provide Sales Pipeline on a -weekly basis and sales projection & forecasts bi-weekly to enable the consolidation of total Company Revenue forecasts.
- To manage the Sales Order entries for won projects ending with the timely invoicing and payments from the customer.

Sales
- Establishment of good relationship to the different levels of the customer with other team members
- Present company and company products to potential customers
- Create new business opportunities to guarantee long term customer relationship.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers and company needs.
- Lead sales projects to success according to business plan
- Efficient time management of all sales activities.
- Being a mentor for junior personnel and lead by example.
- Actively build up a quality pipeline of prospects
- Attend to Request for Quote (RFQ) process, from obtaining the BOM and to propose a quotation for Management review for the timely submission to customer to Win the prospects.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Sales Planning
- Ensure the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan.
- Maximize profitable growth.
- Prioritize sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis; identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company and products.
- Develop a Sales Strategy Plan for business expansion and penetration into these market segment through cultivation and development of industry contacts and building up potential pipelines/prospects to achieve set Revenue and Margin goals.

Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**Skills**:

- Basic degree with outstanding results
- Degree in STEM is a strong plus
- Must be extremely proficient in MS office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficiency in other business software tools is a plus

Others
- At least 5 years in a sales and/or BD function with proven success
- Demonstrated Excellent communication and people skills
- Demonstrated excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Independent
- An outgoing personality is a plus
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability

**Salary**: From $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
