
Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for developing business growth, identifying market opportunities to meet strategic targets and drive customer acquisition in the environmental management business
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners through regular engagements to establish and target new markets, improving sales and acquire new business
- Develop and keep clients account strategy in line with company business plan, to achieve profitable revenue growth and increase company market share
- Ensure deal-related issues are proactively addressed
- Close collaboration with other inhouse departments to propose, plan and execute pre and post operational requirements
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
- Strong strategic and analytic thinking ability with good project management, account management and organisational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimum guidance, be proactively handle challenges and multi-task
- Preparation of tenders, contracts, quality proposal and presentations to clients
- Highly motivated to seek new business to drive growth and able to work in a customer-fronting, fast-paced environment
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Possess own vehicle
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
