**Senior Key Account Management Specialist**
You will lead the management of existing and new key accounts, analysis of market dynamics, pinpoint growth prospects, and execute strategies that will contribute to our revenue growth in Singapore market. **What you'll be doing**
- Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and accounts, understanding their unique needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with business clients to assess their requirements, provide solutions, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Organize events to engage with existing and new potential business partners or co-brand event to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within key business accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with key business partners to maximize mutual profitability.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for key business accounts, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.
- Provide input on product assortment, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives relevant to the business segment.
- Forecasting and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance and industry trends to accurately forecast future sales for key business accounts.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders on account performance and strategic initiatives.
**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent field
- At least 3 years' experience in key account management or business development for retail consumer products
- Proven track record of proactive expansion of new potential business partners pipeline and building good relationship with business partner accounts that resulted in revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and with external partners.
- Pro-active, 'can do' mentality combined with a track record of successful execution of strategies and activities.
