- Position Title**:Customer Service Executive (Shipment)**:
- Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5.45 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to SGD 3100 + Allowances + Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus**:
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Strong in operations and customer service-related industry.
- Handling day-to-day operations independently.
- Data creation and entries.
- Daily interactions with customers and vendors on shipment status.
- Arrange Import/Export documentation & provide daily customer support.
- Interact with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance, and facilitate customs clearance and deliveries to customers.
- Proficient in SAP order processing is an advantage.
- Ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the orders are in place and compliant with shipping practices.
- Provides direct operational support for internal and external customer requests related to imports and exports of commodities.
- Management of Customs record-keeping requirements where applicable, analyze and determine duty opportunities, and draft responses to Customs inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience in inventory management with strong administrative skills is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP order processing is an added point
