For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy and responsible professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology, product and project management best practices can help us achieve our business goals in a timely manner. You will organize and orchestrate efforts between engineers, product leads, and business owners to deliver on Hypebeast’s ecosystem of digital frontend and backend projects with a particular focus on Hypemedia, our portfolio of media platforms of the business.

As a Digital Project Manager, you should also use your strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a range of internal and/or external stakeholders as this role involves leading and planning within several operational areas. You should be highly organized, take ownership of projects, and have excellent time management skills to be able to operate several moving project parts simultaneously.

Ultimately, you should be able to take on a proactive leadership role to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and provide end-to-end project management, seek growth opportunities, and initiate new projects for improvement.
- Gather clear project scope requirements and specifications across stakeholders and teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams in a leadership role to drive the process of design, development and implementation of a detailed project plan.
- Take a proactive role in managing project progress to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate internal and external resources while coming up with budget plans.
- Oversee and provide all incoming and outgoing project documentation and meeting notes.
- Lead the development of the project team development, processes and best practices internally.
- Ensure reporting and evaluation of success of digital projects are completed and communicated at the highest quality.
- Proactively highlight potential risks, threats or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Proactively manage and coordinate with stakeholders across departments on timelines and updates.
- Lead the optimization and improvement of project management processes and the overall approach where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Management or relevant disciplines.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital or technical project management.
- Experience or background in media or e-commerce is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with project management software, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Understanding of wider disciples of Digital Marketing, Digital Advertising Operations and Data Analytics.
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
- Excellent teamwork, organizational and time management skills.
- High proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English is a must.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
