**Role Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and submitting sales invoices to customers
- Processing payments (GIRO, FAST & etc) to vendors
- Perform data entry for invoices (sales/purchases/expenses), payments and receipts
- Assist in month-end closing
- Maintain proper and systematic filing of documents
- Handle general administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of GCE “N” level, Nitec, or equivalent.
- Good attitude and written/spoken communication skills (English and Mandarin)
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook & etc)
- Knowledge of the AUTOCOUNT Accounting System will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
