Job Title

Admin Account Assistant in a specialist clinic

**Job Description & Requirements**:
Administrative and accounts support for the smooth functioning of the clinic including:

- Update and maintain log of cases
- Monitor payments to clinic and debt collection
- Assist with payroll
- Responding to billing queries
- Clinical duties
- Complying with MOH clinic regulations
- Any other task as directed by the Clinic Doctors / Manager

**Requirements**:

- Secondary education/Nitec/'N' level/'O' level/'A' Level/Diploma
- Meticulous, organised and conscientious
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in healthcare industry will be useful

Other Information:

- 5 day work week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Occasional half day Saturday may be required (max 1 day /mth)
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Word
- Immediate availability preferred
