**Job Descriptions:
**ACCOUNTS**
- Assisting in matching supplier invoices and update of daily data entries to system
- Manage day to day operation of Accounts Payable functions and able to meet deadline
- Process of staff expense claims and reimbursements
- Perform monthly reconciliation against vendor statement of accounts
- Assist in quarterly GST reporting
- Assist in month end / year end closing of accounts (reconciliation partial general ledger entries) and update of stock record
- Follow up with customers for due payments
- Assist with stakeholders requests (auditors/government statutory, customers, inter-department and etc).

**ADMIN**
- Execute the training administration matters for employees such as register employees for learning courses, monitoring of schedules, liaise with training providers etc (supporting role of HR Admin)
- Assist in preparation and distribution of blasting proposals and tabulation of responses/reports and the necessary follow-up of all processes until the issuance of the blasting licence (supporting role for Logistics Admin)
- Carrying out general administrative as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- O Level / Certificate in Accounting
- Demonstrates an ability to work independently and in a team
- Good interpersonal & communication skills; meticulous; able to communicate with staff of all levels
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Should possess basic accounting knowledge
