Job Description & Requirements
**Admin cum Account AssistantRoles & Responsibilities **- Issue customer account statements.
- Perform AP/AR function.
- Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing.
- Send reminders, and contact customers for follow-up on payments.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Match/Check Delivery Order/Purchase Order/Tax Invoice.
Required Skill(s)
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred;
- Excellent time management and organization skills;
- Proficient in MS Office is a must;
- Proactive and mature working attitude;
- Ability to communicate with our customer/supplies.
- Able to work 5.5 days with alternate Saturday off.
