Job responsibilities
- Prepare and manage payment voucher and cheque functions in a timely manner
- Record receipts in a timely manner
- Perform banking duties, including reconciling daily cheque deposits
- Prepare and issue credit notes, including assisting in debt monitoring and follow-up with legal secretaries for collection
- Perform data entries in MYOB and assist in day-to-day operations in accounting works
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties including admin duties, as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel will be preferred
- Proficient in MYOB accounting system will be preferred. No / other accounting system experience welcomed; guidance will be provided.
