Job responsibilities
- Prepare and manage payment voucher and cheque functions in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue credit notes, including assisting in debt monitoring and follow-up with collection of payment.
- Carries out administrative duties such as communications, e-submission, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Assisting and liaising with clients and legal paperwork.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties including admin duties, as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel will be preferred
- Proficient in accounting system will be preferred.
- No / other accounting system experience welcomed; guidance will be provided.
