
Client Success Executive

**Brief Description**
As Client Success Executive, you will be entrusted to develop partnerships with schools and organisations to help them improve the well-being of their staff or students. At a strategic level, you will have opportunities to shape the outreach of our programmes.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage existing partner organisations and develop new opportunities
- Acquaint potential partners about our programmes and the importance of well-being
- Prepare proposals to help client achieve greater well-being in themselves and their organisations
- Plan and manage programmes in schools and organisations
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with emphasis in Psychology or Business
- At least 1 year of relevant business development experience
- Independent and able to work well with a team
- Detail oriented, can build good rapport with clients, and possess strong analytical skills
- Display interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology
- Display three non-exhaustive qualities: Growth Mindset, Learning Agility, and Synthesis Ability
**Selection Process**
Please take note that there will be at least 2 interviews if selected:
- Pre-interview task to be completed before 1st interview
- 1st interview (3 hours) where you will work on mock proposal and pitch for a client
- 2nd interview (2 hours) where you will explore your person-organisation fit
