Key Account Manager

The purpose of this role is to act as a trusted advisor and deliver exceptional service to our key clients, developing strong relationships and driving business growth.

  • Manage and expand existing client relationships to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that meet client needs and drive business results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts.
Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management (40%):
    • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
    • Maintain open communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Strategic Sales & Value Creation (20%):
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals to secure new contracts and retain existing clients.
  • Leadership and Performance Management (20%):
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and meet business objectives.
    • Develop and implement performance metrics to measure team success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution (10%):
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure success.
